The rest of Day 7 looked like this:
Dinner was Mexican Quinoa which is a quick, easy recipe I'll have to share with you soon. It's one of our go-to meals when we are in a time-crunch. I also found myself sampling pieces of cheese, leftover grilled cheese from my daughter's lunch plate and many, many spoonfuls of my second batch of the to-die-for Honey Vanilla Ice Cream. I'm really hoping to have that recipe on the blog for you later this week!
